Capture Selection

This menu item allows the user to select a graph or graphs to save or print by allowing the user to select an area of the current graph page. After creating the selection rectangle, the user should double-click within the selected area. A dialog offering the user the opportunity to save the selected area will appear. If your desire is simply to print the selected area, leave the file name as the default “printer” and click save. You will be given the opportunity to choose the printer, resolution (240 or 300 Dpi is usually appropriate for printers), and to resize your image before printing. If you desire to save the selected area to a file, choose the name, location, and format (e.g., tiff, bmp, gif, etc.), and you will be given opportunity to choose resolution (Dpi) and image size.
